These Terms of Service apply to puzzleandpine.com and purchases from Puzzle & Pine, operated by UNZ LIMITED LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Shopping with us

Our store is intended for adults purchasing toys for children. You must be of legal age to enter into a purchase contract where you live, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, and keep account credentials secure.

Products and safe use

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Read product information, age recommendations, packaging warnings, and instructions before use. Some toys contain small parts and may not be suitable for younger children. Adult supervision is recommended. Educational descriptions do not promise specific developmental outcomes.

Prices, payment, and orders

The currency and total payable, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, are shown at checkout. Prices and offers can change for future orders. Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfil it because of an availability issue, pricing error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for items we cancel. We will not charge a higher price for an existing order without your agreement.

Shipping and order changes

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements. Contact us promptly to correct an address or request cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment or shipped. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Email support@puzzleandpine.com before returning an item so we can provide the correct address and instructions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful or fraudulent information, introduce malicious code, or infringe anyone’s rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse.

Website content belongs to us or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Third-party services and linked websites may have their own terms. A link does not transfer responsibility for our products or obligations to another provider.
