Start a return within 30 days

If your purchase is not right for you, email support@puzzleandpine.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and the item you would like to return.

We will send you the return address

Our support team will reply with the correct return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not send returns to our business mailing address or the address printed on a parcel unless our team specifically instructs you to do so.

Pack the item securely with its included parts and accessories, using the original packaging where possible. Keep proof of postage. Contact us before paying for return postage so we can confirm the shipping arrangements for your return.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, email us as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order number and a description; photos can help us resolve the problem. We will explain the available remedy and any return arrangements. This does not limit your rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

After your return is received and checked, we will email you confirmation and issue the approved refund to your original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. If you have not received an expected refund, contact us and we will help trace it.

Order cancellations and exchanges

Email us promptly to request a cancellation, address correction, or exchange. We will help where possible, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is being fulfilled or has shipped. If it has shipped, contact us for return instructions.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. It does not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
